In 2024, the Hornet from Tamiya celebrates its 40th birthday. Reason enough for Tamiya to celebrate this with a special model - the Hornet EVO!
This is a kit in which the original model has been redesigned in some areas and contains additional parts. Compared to the 58336 standard Hornet, the EVO now has independent suspension, a new rear gearbox, ball bearings and oil-pressure shock absorbers. The complete rear axle unit with gearbox and suspension comes from the DT-02 chassis. The body is unpainted and Tamiya has provided a slightly revised decal sheet for the EVO version.
