The Toyota 86 is a compact sports car with front engine and rear wheel drive which was presented in April 2021. The vehicle is powered by a 2.4L four-cylinder engine that delivers 235HP.
The TAMIYA model is based on the tried and tested TT-02 chassis. With this wheelbase, ground clearance, track and gear ratio are adjustable and with the countless optional tuning parts, the chassis can be quickly tuned to a racer. The 4WD drive with central shaft, double wishbones and suspension struts on all four wheels ensure a prototypical driving pattern and the best traction. The underside of the chassis is designed to be extra smooth and the battery compartment holds all common types of batteries. The optical highlights are the wheel drivers, which have attached brake discs.
