The US Navy's Gato-class submarine went into mass production for the first time due to the Pacific War. More than 200 ships were produced, which then influenced Japanese shipping. In response, the Japanese Navy introduced the No. 13 submarine hunter for anti-submarine attacks. Different types of weapons and periscopes can be selected for submarines of the Gato class and thus different variants can be displayed.
