The 1:72 standing model is a reproduction of the MC 202 Folgore, which was an important development for the hunting rakes of the Italian Regia Aeronautica. Stylishly designed from an aerodynamic point of view, the aircraft was equipped with a German DB 601 engine. The performance of the aircraft provided the Regia Aeronautica with a fighter that could actively attack Allied fighters. In the early versions, the aircraft was armed with two 12.7mm Breda SAFAT machine guns in the nose. Only in later versions were the weapons improved with additional machine guns in the wings.
