Tamiya is delighted to announce the appearance of another classic racing car on our popular TT-02 chassis, this time the Toyota Celica GTFour RC (ST185). The Toyota Celica GT-Four RC was developed as a homologation car to take part in global rally races, and in 1992, 5,000 units were sold around the world. With its curved, powerful body, this car employed a 2-liter turbo engine with metal turbines and waterbased intercooler system, which was capable of 235ps. The 4WD system utilized a center viscous coupling and a Torsen differential at the rear for superior controllability and traction. In 1993 global rally races, the Celica GT-Four (ST185) brought both Manufacturer’s and Driver’s Championships to Toyota for the first time.

TT-02: Adaptable, Balanced Shaft Driven 4WD
The shaft-driven 4WD TT-02 chassis employs a longitudinal layout with the battery on the left and the motor on the right, to give excellent stability. In addition, it features identical left and right suspension arms and uprights for ease of assembly, plus easy-to-maintain gearboxes. It is a highly adaptable chassis, as it offers 2 different wheelbases, 2 ground clearance settings and 2 tread set-ups in addition to a range of 10 possible gear ratios. It is not short on looks either, with brake disc-shaped wheel hubs and stylish front bumper supports.

- 1/10 scale R/C model assembly kit. Length: 450mm, width: 187mm, height: 136mm. Wheelbase: 257mm.
- Lightweight, rigid polycarbonate body with separate polycarbonate front and rear light cases (LEDs are not attachable) and canards.
- Separate black ABS plastic parts realistically depict distinctive side mirrors and a large rear wing.
- The model utilizes the shaft-driven 4WD TT-02 chassis which features superior adaptability and stability.
- 6-spoke black wheels are paired with slick tires.
- Includes 540-bushed motor and ESC.
- Comes with livery stickers and masking window tape for use in the painting process.
- Requires: 2-channel radio, servo, 7.2-7.4volt battery & compatible battery charger, and Tamiya PS paint.
